Payment and Transaction Information

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. As an estimate: the minimum deposit typically starts from Rp10.000, while the minimum withdrawal may differ based on the applicable policy at the time of the transaction.

All fees arising from currency conversion or third-party transfer charges are the sole responsibility of the user.

bumi4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these terms and conditions is found. Violations that may result in such action include: the use of false information, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or attempts to manipulate the system.
Users whose accounts have been suspended have the right to submit an appeal through the official bumi4 support service within 14 days of the suspension. Our team will review each case fairly and transparently.
If an account is permanently closed due to a serious violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the platform policy in effect at that time.
